Car went in for warning light investigation. Communication from the service desk was excellent with a full explanation of the repair needed with costs for each element broken down.
Easy process from start to finish. Solid staff who breathed 'Mini' - a receptionist who came out from behind her desk to show me to Alex's work station and offer coffee (which was very good) - Mini's are inanimate but yours is a people industry.
